Hitting the brakes
Social media adjustment
I’m not a newsletter type person. Not a blogger. Who am I kidding? I just want to focus on making work.
I’m stopping this thing. Most people who read this also engage with my postings on Twitter and Instagram anyway and I find those platforms far more engaging.
I have just finished Passerby 7 which is much improved on previous editions. I’m also half way through a tutorial video on how it was made and will announce it shortly on Twitter.
I also have enough new material already for Passerby 8 which is many weeks away yet. But it’ll be a good one.
One of the reasons I’m stopping this blog/newsletter is my need to focus on a collaborative project with my son, Eoin and my plan to reissue Pandemic Constitutional and eventually Hinterland. I’m also working on the architecture for my print sales project with ThePrintSpace which is many months late. This is primarily because of their delayed integration with BigCartel which was supposed to be in June ‘22. I have another option now.
I’m @treacyphoto on Instagram and Twitter.
Subscribers will continue to receive updates and Passerby books.
In the mean time - here are some pictures made over the last few days and will likely be in number 8. Future previews of upcoming projects and collaborations will be on my website.
See you later. And thank you.
Paul.
Sending my best to you Paul. It is a challenge to keep these things up. But nice to see what you are up to anyway. Loving the lights in the photos. See you on Twitter x
